Holes in Net-Work System Prevent Sponsoring
You won't find commercial fishermen catching fish if they have holes in their nets. If your basic networking model is filled with holes you won't gather up many new people for your down line either. Of course I'm referring to how the Internet can be used with your company's business model and grow your business.

The majority of network marketing companies or businesses that utilize duplication in their payout plans are ill prepared to help their members cope with the ever-changing intricacies of the Internet. That is why over 95% of online entrepreneurs fail. They sign up with these companies after hearing their pie-in-the-sky, get-rich-quick pitches only to find that after spending way too much money and time promoting their businesses that they were already doomed from the start.
But why is that? Wouldn't these companies make sure that their members succeed? Look, I'm sure they all want their net workers to get ahead. The problem lies in their areas of expertise just as it does for a manufacturer and his reps. The manufacturer is very good at buying his materials, managing his work force, making his products and packaging them. The reason he hires reps is because they are a special breed of people who can sell and develop long-term relationships with customers. Even for these sales reps however, there are problems doing business on the Internet. Again, it's a matter of expertise.
Perhaps as a net worker you may have developed a talent with your computer. Maybe you can even design a website. If, however your online business is suffering you might as well be a complete newbie as far as the Internet is concerned. You haven't learned the technique of promoting your online presence. You may have bought a lot of Google AdWords but if you chose the wrong ones at the wrong prices that could end up being awfully expensive. Purchasing leads either from your own parent organization or a lead source can also be a losing proposition because of the age of the leads. Old leads just mean those folks have dropped out of the market. Again, too costly!
So, expertise is the key. Learning what works is paramount. Educating yourself so you know more than your up line should be your goal. Forget what you've done that doesn't work. Learn what does and succeed. I make a good income with my businesses which are online MLM in nature. But I very nearly failed at it. I learned through the school of hard knocks that I couldn't re-invent the wheel. Now, most people I help know me as the man who teaches what he knows from his experience. And, because my businesses continue to grow people seek me out to work with me.
Isn't that what you seek for yourself? I should think so! Well, obviously the two, three or four-foot rule doesn't apply when you're finding leads online. The debt-free status of your company, its great products or superiority over its competitors doesn't mean anything either. And this will blow you away, too. Neither does your compensation plan!
You are the one thing or person who matters, here. Your great website with all the bells and whistles is of no importance. The only issue important to your website visitor is your credibility. Good written content stated in a friendly way reflecting your expertise is what visitors are searching for. In this way you can develop a rapport with them. They absolutely will NOT buy anything from you or sign up under you as your down line unless they first trust you. This happens slowly when they begin to see you as a leader who can help them and truthfully answer their questions.
Buying online requires people to be careful. They don't want to be scammed by those they hear about on the news. You need to be cognizant of people's fears and treat them with kid gloves. They will generally do business with you once they trust and respect you and the value of your product or service. That, my friend is basically how it works.
That's the basics. Now, it's up to you.
